The Enhancement Make-Ready Package includes: Checking electrical plugs, switches, fixtures, appliances, doors, bells, alarms, plumbing fixtures, ceiling fans,  etc., to make sure they work properly.

Also includes replacing as necessary, A/C filters, light bulbs, door stops, switch plates, pop-up assemblies, fluid masters, smoke alarms, mini-blinds, toilet seats, shower rods, vertical blinds, broken passage knobs, towel bars, toilet tissue holder, light fixture globes, and removing old dap in restroom and kitchen and re-dapping.

Repairs included: Minor electrical repair, minor plumbing repair, minor ceramic tile repair, minor cabinet repair, minor door and shelf repair, minor appliance repair, and appliance fixture touch up. 

Any work not specifically stated in this description or any repair not considered minor in the estimation of Contemporary Contractors will be at bid price and will be additional to the price stated for the work in this description.
